Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement and Parties
These Terms govern access to and use of the doit-eg.com website and its Arabic-language version, including its content, forms, and related functions.
By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.2. Information Website and Service Requests
The Website provides information about fixed asset inventory, asset management, software, ERP systems, systems integration, and related services. A quotation request, call request, WhatsApp message, or consultation request does not create a contract or an obligation to provide a service.
Any paid service is subject to a separate quotation, work order, statement of work, or written agreement. If any such document conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement will govern the relevant service.3. Permitted Use
You may use the Website lawfully for personal or commercial information purposes. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
You must not misuse the Website, disrupt its operation, test its security without permission, bypass its controls, introduce malware, extract data without authorisation, infringe the rights of others, send unsolicited messages, or use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.4. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its text, marks, logos, graphics, images, designs, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to DOIT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and temporarily copy reasonable excerpts for internal, non-commercial use, provided that you acknowledge the source.
You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, distribute, create derivative works from, remove notices from, or commercially exploit Website materials without prior written permission. The “DOIT” mark and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.5. User Communications
When you send a message or form submission, you confirm that you have the right to provide its contents and that it is not unlawful or confidential information that DOIT has not agreed to receive. You grant DOIT permission to use the message to the extent necessary to respond to you, provide the requested service, operate the Website, or comply with the law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may contain links to or functions provided by third parties, such as WhatsApp, social networks, maps, analytics tools, or video services. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. DOIT is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third parties. Review the relevant third party’s terms before using its service.
7. Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided for general information on an “as available” basis. We seek to keep information accurate and current; however, we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Examples, performance indicators, and descriptions of sectors and services are provided for guidance unless a written agreement states otherwise. You are responsible for evaluating whether a service is suitable and for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOIT, its officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct, or non-waivable rights. If a liability cap is legally permitted, DOIT’s total liability for use of the Website will be limited to the total amounts actually paid by the relevant user for the Website during the six months preceding the claim.9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DOIT harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of inaccurate information.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, prevention of misuse, or protection of our rights. We may also discontinue the Website or any of its functions. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used. By using forms or optional technologies, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in accordance with that policy, your choices, and applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [Cairo/Giza] will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Before bringing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve it through written notice sent to tarek@doiteg.com for [30] days, unless urgent action is required.
